Maintenance tips

Indoor fixtures and profiles

• Switch the power off before cleaning.
• Wipe with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid solvents and abrasive cleaners.
• Dust diffusers and profile covers every few months so the light stays even.

Outdoor and landscape lighting

• Clear leaves, soil and debris from uplights and bollards.
• Trim plants that grow across the beam or cover a fixture.
• Check seals and cable entries after heavy rain, and look for moisture inside the lens.

Stretch ceilings

• Dust gently with a soft microfibre cloth.
• Keep sharp objects away from the membrane.
• Do not use harsh chemicals or steam cleaners.

Smart and DMX control systems

• Keep the control app and any controller software up to date.
• Note down your saved scenes so they can be restored if a controller is replaced.
• Keep controllers and power supplies in a ventilated place.

When to call us

Switch the supply off and contact us if you see flickering that does not stop, colours that no longer match, moisture inside a fixture, or if you notice a burning smell.
