We can fabricate from as little as 1 metre for prototype and single-feature applications. Standard minimum order for production runs is typically 10–20 metres depending on the complexity of the extrusion die. For very small quantities, we often achieve the brief using modified standard profiles that are cheaper than full custom tooling.
How long does custom profile fabrication take?
A prototype sample takes 5–10 working days from drawing approval. Full production quantities take 2–4 weeks depending on complexity and finish. We advise building custom profile lead times into your project programme from the design stage.

Yes — this is our preferred approach for custom profiles. We work directly with your design team, reviewing their CAD details, advising on fabrication feasibility and proposing modifications where needed to achieve the design intent within practical manufacturing constraints.
