Can motors be added to my existing curtain tracks?
In many cases yes. We assess your existing track during a site visit — if it is compatible with retrofit motorisation we add a motor to the existing track without replacing it. Where the existing track is not suitable, we supply and fit a new precision aluminium track that is often cleaner and better-running than the original.
How quiet are the motors?
Our DC silent motors operate at less than 35dB — quieter than a whisper. They are virtually inaudible in a normally furnished room. This is dramatically quieter than older AC curtain motors and is one of the most appreciated features by our clients.
Can curtain automation work with Alexa in India?
Yes. We configure Matter, WiFi and KNX bridge integrations that make curtain control available through Alexa, Google Home and Apple HomeKit. Commands like 'Alexa, open bedroom curtains 50%' work reliably with our systems in Hindi and English.
What happens during a power cut?
All our motors include a manual pull-override — you can always open and close curtains by hand during a power cut. KNX-based systems retain all their programming. WiFi systems reconnect automatically when power returns.
